HR administrators make critical decisions every year during the hiring process. School law attorney Mari McGowan and Plano ISD Assistant Superintendent of Employee Services Dr. Beth Brockman will guide attendees through difficult aspects of the hiring process, including avoiding discrimination, criminal history and background checks, false or misleading statements, ADA requirements, and pre-employment affidavits.
